E3 Smart Lock works great

I finally replaced my old office door lock with an E3 Smart Lock, and it's been pretty sweet. Setting it up wasn't too bad, just followed the instructions. I like that I can give temporary access codes, which is handy for visitors or delivery folks without having to be there. It feels really sturdy too, way better than the old one. Overall, I'm happy with how it's working out for the office.

Good Deadbolt, fast shipping

Ordered a Keyless Deadbolt. Arrived in 4 days. Installation was simple. Lock works as expected. Satisfied with purchase. Will consider Easilok again for future needs.

What's the deal with returns? Bought a couple of these but might need to send one back if it doesn't work for my back door.

L Linda Nguyen 1 day ago
Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month for an extra lock I didn't need. Just follow the instructions on their site.

Their return policy is pretty standard, I think it's like 30 days. Just make sure you keep all the original packaging.

Thinking about getting one of these for my small shop. Do they really fit those standard glass doors? Like the ones with the narrow frames?

J Josh 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I put one on my salon's front door, which is totally a standard glass door with that skinny frame. Fit perfectly. No issues.

They're designed specifically for storefront glass doors, including those narrow stile ones. That's kinda their main thing, so you should be good.

Hey, anyone know if there's a first-time buyer discount? Just signed up for the newsletter but didn't see anything pop up.

J Justin Thomas 1 month ago
I think I got a 10% code sent to my email when I first signed up for their newsletter. Check your spam folder maybe?

Yep, new email subscribers usually get one. It might take a few minutes to arrive. It'll be a promo code you enter at checkout.

how long does shipping usually take? need this for a new office opening in chicago next month.

S Sam Clark 5 days ago
Mine got to me in about 4-5 business days. I'm in California, so Chicago might be similar, maybe a day or two more?

It's usually pretty quick, I think they ship out fast. Probably a week tops for most places in the US.

Is easilok better than like, schlage or yale for a business? I'm looking at their smart locks but not sure how they stack up.

O Olivia Gomez 2 weeks ago
For commercial glass doors, Easilok is pretty unique. Schlage and Yale have good smart locks, but not really for storefronts in the same way. Easilok is built for that specific use case.

It really depends on what kind of door you have. If it's a glass storefront, Easilok is probably a better bet since that's their specialty. For a regular wood door, then yeah, Schlage or Yale are solid options too.
